Mainstyle Flooring is seeking a full-time and part-time motivated sales/design person to join our team! The Sales and Design Specialist will be responsible for educating guests on features and benefits of flooring and remodeling products, providing design recommendations, and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the various flooring and remodeling products
• Provide guests with product recommendations based on needs
• Communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and vendors
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends and new product releases
• Conduct guest check-ins to ensure all projects are progressing as needed
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom

Requirements

• Sales, Customer Service, and Interior Design skills
• Knowledge of various flooring materials and design trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule with a regular scheduled day off during the week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
